Our homes can be printed in 1-3 days (walls and structure) and can be finished within 3-4 months depending on supply chain and other items.
The first 100 homes will be an additional 4-6 months of delay time due to contracts on the land, with local municipalities and delivery of some machine items.

This delay helps keep our overall cost low. Instead of building ‘spec’ (short for speculative) homes, we want these to be in the right place, at the right time, for the right person.

We currently have lots in Topeka, KS. They are included in the price of the home you choose and are allocated on a first come, first served basis for buyers.

Yes, you can add on later. The add-on doesn’t have to be concrete, but it can be.

Yes, these concrete homes are quite safe. They are made of very fire-resistant or fire proof materials, and are designed to withstand wind gusts greater than normal storms.

These homes are included in the IBC (international building code) the city has adopted. They will be inspected like normal and we have been told by insurance carriers that they will cover these homes.

Our design team can help you add any items or features you want, but that work, and the cost that come from it will be above and beyond the cost we are offering the homes for, and will have a 10% management fee on top of the cost of the changes.
